GAIJIN Shuriken // "hidden hand blade” (regular or XL)

Note - the reverse edge option has been changed to a Wharncliffe style blade. This is the knife with the straight edge shown in the photos. There is a swedge near the tip of this knife to aid in penetration and add strength.

"XL" option is the same design as the base model, but scaled up 15% - that's 1/2" more handle, and 1/2" more blade.

Black Cerakote treated 80crv2 blade with stabilized cord wrap is the default for these. Simple kydex "tuck" sheath with gutted paracord leash.

The Slim Mod* version of the Gaijin is made from thinner stock (1/8”), with the same depth of bevel. This creates a more acute edge geometry, more ideal for slicing. Still plenty durable, just not as overbuilt as the Standard model. These are the same thickness as my Auslander Field Knives.

New FIELD READY package: sculpted, textured Micarta scales, and sheath with MOLLE compatible clip. Available with black, coyote / FDE, or olive drab scales and matching kydex sheath. Leave a note in the sale for the color option you’d like.

FIELD READY / two sheath option is the same as the regular field ready package, but with an extra sheath with leash for IWB carry. This way you can keep one sheath on your plate carrier, go bag, or battle belt, and another for everyday carry. No switching out hardware.

This item is meant to be point-driven. The entire edge is sharp, but due to the relative thickness of the blade and the resulting edge geometry, it is best for puncturing.
